In April, we reported on thepurchase of a fixer-upper in Santa Monica’sNorth of Montana neighborhood by musician/iconoclast Beck. It looks like he’s on the move again!
The propertysold on February 18, 2015 (Connie’s birthday!) for $2,711,000, and was re-listed this past Friday (June 5) for $2,795,000. Itlooks like a few cosmetic changes were made inside and out. 7500 sq. ft. lots are going for closer to $3 million, so it’s worth checking out.
The interior renovations are really something – the property went from an average, dingy-feeling house to a light, bright, and modern yet comfortable home.
