It seems everywhere I go, there is low inventory and multiple offers. Because you follow my blog and/or we have worked together, I want to let you know about these opportunities before they come to market.

The first will be on the market in April. It’s a beautiful property North of Montana, about 5500 sq ft, recently renovated throughout, on a beautiful street with great curb appeal, and a private backyard ideal for entertaining under the stars. The asking price is $5,499,000.

The second is a gated, remodeled, sexy contemporary located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Beverly Hills Post Office, with a pool and four bedrooms (all upstairs). The asking price is $1,899,000. This property will be on the market in two weeks, so if you’re interested, call me ASAP.

I also want to share some recent experiences about the marketplace. I recently sold something in DTLA, and of course, as we know, there is a lot of building, but prices are really shocking compared to a couple of years ago. What I also found amazing is that there are these little pockets, reminiscent of little Abbott Kinneys, where people are walking around, going to coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants, so if you’re thinking about having  a place downtown and want to explore a little, give me a call.

In addition, I had an interesting experience in Brentwood this week. My client wrote an offer on a house there, on a busy street across from a school. It was absolutely shocking to see how many people were interested in this house! My client offered well over asking (over $2M), but the seller received 15 offers, of which a whopping eight were all cash, and one of them far exceeded the terms and price of the other offers, so no one else was even countered. The market is extremely hot right now because the inventory is very low in many of the most desirable areas. If you’re thinking of selling, it’s best that you try and get your home on the market before everyone else does in March and April.

If you’d like more information on the market, or either of these properties before they go on the market (ahead of everyone else),  please give me a call!
